Hopefully you never end up needing a survival kit, but if you find yourself in a pinch, you’ll be glad that you have one.

Something compact like Last Man’s survival kit bracelet has all of the essentials and will bring you peace of mind without weighing you down. You shouldn’t go camping without some sort of survival kit, even the smallest kit can save your life in an emergency.

Survival Kit Breakdown

This survival paracord bracelet has the entire kit contained within it. The kit includes the following (I have included links for replacing items):

I’ve had my bracelet for a few years now and, although I haven’t needed to break it down and use it for an emergency, it has remained in good condition. This handy survival kit comes ready to go, and can be worn right on your wrist. The paracord can be used to help with your shelter and you should be able to get a fire going with the supplies. There is no guarantee that you will be around any fish but if you are at least you will have a shot at catching something.

There are a few different sizes and colors to choose from. I kept it simple and went with the large solid black but there is also a small option available as well. The bracelet checks in at just one ounce, after a while you will forget you’re even wearing it. The compass has liquid in it to make it more accurate, which is the most important feature.

The only downside to this survival kit is that once you need to use it you most likely will not be able to put everything back together (not that that really matters in an emergency situation). It’s better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
